SHIPPING & RETURNS
Deliveries within the UK will ship via First Class delivery if general free delivery is chosen at checkout. I always aim to post twice a week. With two tiny children life can sometimes get in the way of a speedy delivery so please be patient, I will always get your jewellery to you as quickly as I can!
If general 1st class delivery is chosen I CANNOT be held responsible for items being lost in post and cannot afford to offer a refund. I can always provide proof of posting to show I have sent your order but that is it. If you are concerned about items being lost/want updates on your order please select the TRACKED option at checkout, this way your items are insured.
Items outside of the UK will be sent by air mail tracked.
Returns are not accepted, unless the item is faulty in some way - please read the dimensions and descriptions properly, I appreciate it can be difficult to buy jewellery online sometimes and really know what you are going to receive. Because of this I have strived to describe the pieces as thoroughly as possible and take high quality photos, modelled where possible.
Exchanges can be made, but not on earrings for hygiene reasons.
